For those of you who don't know video games are the largest money maker in the entertainment industry. Therefore it makes sense that the falling confused music industry would latch onto the rising star of the VIDEO GAME world.
I wonder if this means that the music from the video games will not be used. In addition will it make a difference to the video game companies use Interscope material in their video games Let's face it that is the DEAL.

Encore Event Center Presents 2025 ‘Nuff Said New Year’s Eve Celebration with Mark Christopher Lawrence

San Diego, CA - Encore Event Center is proud to present the 2025 ‘Nuff Said New Year’s Eve Celebration with celebrity host Mark Christopher Lawrence. This all-star evening will feature a red carpet and VIP mixer, special celebrity guests, and music by The Eagles tribute band TLR. Headlining stand-up comedy acts Scott Wood and “The SHOW with Adam and Sean will keep the fun going, and popular local radio personality Beto Perez will DJ the party into a midnight champagne toast to cap the evening. The event takes place at the Encore Event Center in Clairemont Mesa beginning at 8:00 p.m. and continuing until 2:00 a.m.
Host Mark Christopher Lawrence is an international headliner who has worked with the likes of Sinbad, Jerry Seinfeld, Rodney Dangerfield, and Jeff Foxworthy. Best known for his series regular role as Big Mike on the NBC TV series CHUCK, he has been nominated for two Emmy Awards for his work on the short film “The Flourish” and his co-produced short “$TACK$.” Mark has appeared in the PurFlix mini-series “Fragment: Oblivion” and is also Co-Executive Producer and host of the new clean comedy series Pure Laughter, now showing on KPBS and available on the KPBS App.
Featured musical guest TLR is a Los Angeles-based tribute band dedicated to faithfully recreating the iconic music of The Eagles. The band blends lush vocal harmonies and musical accuracy with its own live-concert personality to create an unforgettable performance.
Known as "Mr. Punchline," comedy headliner Scott Wood has performed at such venues as The Ice House, The Comedy Store, and The Laugh Factory, and was named Stand Up Comedy Champion at the Improv Comedy Club. He is also the creator and host of the comedy cooking show "Something Smells Funny," currently streaming on Tubi TV.
Billed as “The greatest band you’ve never heard of,” musical comedy act The SHOW with Adam and Sean has performed at such venues as the Chance Theater in Orange County, The Stage in Burbank, and the Loft Ensemble in Los Angeles. Featuring San Diego native Adam Chambers and Omaha product Sean Durrie, the duo perform as the house band in a monthly show in LA called Another Late Night Comedy Show with Mike Perkins.
Born in Tijuana and raised in San Diego, Beto Perez has enjoyed a long career in local radio, having worked as a producer and an on-air personality/DJ for both Spanish and English markets. He is also heavily involved in the community, including his role as co-founder of Love Thy Neighbor, an organization that gives back to youth and families in both San Diego and Tijuana. Beto can be heard weekdays on Rock 105.3 from 2p-7p and on JAM'N 95.7 from 3p-8p and the iHeartRadio app.
