I am constantly fighting the battle of WHAT TO DO NEXT? Sometimes when I hit overwhelm I make a list...Makes total sense.
The problem is when that list becomes so overwhelmingly LARGE that it leads a whole new level of overwhelm. When you're staring at the clock and there are only about 1-2 hours of actual "to do" time left.
So after meditating, I came up with some CALM CLARITY but comically came up with even more STUFF to put on the list.
Taking a cue from some of my old notes I decided to JUST SLEEP, not set an alarm and get some rest which lead to some REALLY WEIRD DREAMS.
The difference in these specific DREAMS that within the chaos I remember being incredibly CALM.
The Kappasonian method of Hypnotherapy suggests heavily the ability to process PROBLEMS in your dream state, allowing you to wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvinated. I believe that's what I experienced in this last dream state.
So I am about to attack the MASSIVE TO DO LIST with hopefully a Calm Clarity.
