Burning the candle at both ends has a myriad of interesting effects. I have learned that cat naps, self-hypnosis, b-12 caffeine and bursts of physical excercise can help.
However 8 hours of sleep is pretty magical when you have had a few days of a few hours of sleep none of those being more than a 3 hour block.
I have been able to get away with 4 hours and then 2 hour or less naps here and there but this was quite different.
Anyway that being said... I am currently looking for the second wind baby.
