San Diego, CA -Rain has returned to San Diego. The expectations are for as much as 6" along the coast, and well over a foot in the mountains. Here's a taste of what they're getting in North County so far. Normally this creek bed is mostly dry. We'll try to post some pictures from around the county here and on some of our connected pages.
