Who: Bloggers who offer endorsements must state in there are payments that they have received from the subjects of their reviews.
When:The new guidelines take effect on Dec. 1st, 2009.
How Much?:The fees can be a warning letter to $11,000 per even.

How does it affect a Pay-Per post model like payperpost.com or socialspark. Are we going to have to make a note in every post that we are sponsored by a product if we write about it or can I just create a side column that says, "SPONSORED BY"?
What if your blogging about your own product? Do I have to put a disclaimer in my own post touting my own product?
The good news about this trend is that it is proof that blogging has become a major part of the advertising, marketing and PR landscape.
The bad news is that it's going to make it tough to deal with in reality especially on twitter.
It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
