Knight Rider Returns with 12.7 m viewers...

I was a fan of the original Knight Rider as it was a superhero, western, good guys versus bad guys kind of a show. Which is why it was so lame that David Hasselhoff hated jugglers on America's Got Talent.

The NEW KNIGHT RIDER 2008 I actually enjoyed the show it definitely had the same "root for the good guy" quality to it. The biggest STAR of the cast is actually KITT the car as it's voiced by Val Kilmer. I would really love to know what inspired him to do it. As his choices for roles are so specific and quirky. I guess playing a talking car is pretty QUIRKY. The original KITT was voiced by William Daniels

I would have to say the oddest part of the show was the gratuitous inferred sexual content in the beginning of the show. Apparently there was a Playboy connection to the promotion of the show. So it seems the producers dropped a beach establishing surfer Bay Watch shot of the female FBI Agent played by Sydney Poitier's daughter Sydney Tamiia Poiter
. The shot was of her coming in from surfing in the morning and taking a shower in a bikini on  the beach to walking into her beach home to another woman.

The other sexual inferred situation was of the new star Mike played by soap star Justin Bruening waking up with two women. The weird thing was that after that happened everyone became a boy scout, a Walker Texas Ranger episode.

That being stated, I had a lot of fun being a kid again watching the new Knight Rider and i hope that the new show gets shot in San Diego, Ca so that our crews get some work.

San Diego, CA- While I consider myself to be an American,Spanish Philippino Guy (With a possible hint of Japanese.) . Here is the story behind my Spanish side, my Great Garndparents came from Spain to Cuba and lived there. My Grandmother came to the United States in the early 1900's and met my Grandfather.

While I have never talked much about my Cuban background the reality is that my Grandmothers Siblings stayed in Cuba. So suddenly this hint at a democratic Cuba and possibly finally lowering the trade embargo could be extremely exciting.

My good friend Enrique Montiel actually went to Cuba a few years ago to shoot some footage I saw the footage  and it was like seeing a country frozen in time. I think now is the time to see if I can connect with our family in Cuba.

In addition from a business angle, opening up Cuba again could be monumental.  If you don't know Cuba was destination spot, a unique getaway, a Mini-Vegas.

My parents both have had strokes. My mother's was very serious and continues to have challenges regarding the event. In addition I had a former business partner at age 40ish also have a stroke. I am highly sensitive to this subject and aware of my own diet and health choices as are my sisters.

Dr. Leonard Sax, The guy who wrote the book on 'Underachieving Young Men' doesn't show up?

On tonight's Coast to Coast am radio show Dr. Leonard Sax author Boys Adrift a book about the growing epidemic of unmotivated boy and underachieving young men apparently did not show up.  Ian Punnett the host of the show apparently believes that it has everything to do with Jet Lag.

I was listening to one of my favorite radio shows and hosts Ian Punnett, this show is one of the reasons I decided to go into talk radio. As I began to feel for Ian realizing that he was without a guest and going to open lines. I decided to check on exactly who the guest was. Boys Adrift is a doctors perspective on a alarming trend of unmotivated young men. Wow!

This is great guest  on a great topic. I just found it completely amusing in my own weird way that he didn't show up. So I couldn't resist writing the HEADLINE.

Regardless check out Boys Adrift and Dr. Sax's Site and blog. I am going to email this to Ian, hee hee hee.
