Open a Channel announces the launch of it’s new website www.OpenaChannel.com with information on how people can benefit from alternative health. With healthcare costs expanding and real healing contracting, Open a Channel is a clearing house for healing naturally, with connections to various alternative health practitioners and providers.
San Diego, CA November 27, 2007 – Open a Channel announces the launch of its website, a clearinghouse for information, dialogue and resources for people to take control of their health and begin the process of healing. The website, www.OpenaChannel.com, is designed to be interactive, fun and informative. People are encouraged to connect with site founder Robert McCrea who will in turn connect them with the resources, practitioners and products for optimal health.
”It’s an online community of like-minded people searching for an alternative to medicine,” says McCrae, who came upon alternative health as a complete skeptic. “I was a farmer and rancher but was getting sick on the food I was growing,” he states, “it took me a while to realize I was poisoning myself with pesticides and bad practices.” After that, he studied ways to cure his health problems and found out that they weren’t readily available in traditional medicine. After educating himself, he’s a certified Pranic Healer and Herbalist, he embarked on a path to enlighten others.
“Sure I’ve got these certifications but what does that mean?” asks McCrae. “It really means nothing to the average American and that’s the person who needs my help the most.” So McCrae came up with the idea of connecting people to individualized health options. A visitor to the site may browse articles on alternative health, read testimonials from people who have benefited from alternative health and join the online community. People with specific questions can post them or e-mail Robert McCrae directly. There are also links to several resources for the average American to heal. “I’m constantly looking for reliable, qualified providers to promote on Open a Channel,” says McCrae.
While SPAM is here to stay so is CREDIBLE EMAIL MARKETING.
In fact knowing that email marketing is not going away that its fast becoming a staple of marketing how important is it for you to establish your voice in that email marketing workd with content that people WANT TO OPEN?
I get some great information from email marketing that I have subscribed to be a part of. I love Search Engine Land, The Numbers Lady and I admit to opening my astrology email.
Oddly enough I'm most annoyed at one of the internet marketers that uses his [email protected] to send out email offers. I think this is such a bad idea because I start ignoring or blocking the actual support emails I really want to read. But I digress.
Heres a few key hints on how to stay credible.
1. An Actual Email that is Educational and or Entertaining.
2. An email that's written from your voice not just a SALES PITCH.
3. Create a Well Written Well Designed Email. VARY THE COPY AND PURPOSE AS WELL.
4. FINALLY A SHAMELESS PITCH...
Use a service like jugglemail.com that is a bonded email service that is WHITE LISTED and is already listed with the MAJOR ISP's.
At jugglemail we want you to use jugglemail as a highly effective marketing tool that can give you immediate feedback that you cant get from any other medium.
Special Offer!- Sign up for a Free Trial and we will give you 100-1000 emails to test the system. Sign up for any monthly service and I will throw in a $250 credit towards a full service writing and layout time. Wow!!!
PITTSBURGH kind of a mockumentary film with Jeff Goldblum, Ed Begley, Jr. Moby(?), and Illeana Douglas is now Available on DVD and for rental.
This film is kind of in the vain of Waiting for Guffman but it reminds me of THE TALL GUY which is one of my favorite Films about Theatre. I recommend this film if you enjoy insider entertainment films, are in the industry or a fan of either one of those films. Jeff Goldblum singing the Music Man is just funny.
Some of the most amazing footage is in the extras reel which includes an infomercial for Solarman 2000, Sri Chinmoy ( Who sadly just passed away) lifting Jeff Goldblum and Illeana Douglas and this surreal footage of Ed Begley Jr. and Rachelle Carson doing a scene while John Kerry is announcing his running mate for his presidency theme.
Congrats to the Cast and Crew! Directors: Chris Bradley and Kyle LaBrache, Music: David Gregory Byrne, Edited by Chris,Kyle and Michael Palerio, Producers:Bernie Cahill, PAtrick Bradley, Ryan Magnussen, Exec Producers:Greg Orman Keith Addis. Roar in Association with Prosperity Pictures distributed by Starz Home Entertainment...( Don't wait so long next time.)
1. Make a list of 10 things that you are Thankful for? ( Handwrite this list for a better result.)
2. If you really want to get into this make a list of 100 things to be Thankful for...
For me, giving thanks is a sign of appreciation and gratitude that also brings about a deep sense of peace.-Wally Amos
Barry Spilchuk Co-Author of "Cup A Chicken Soup for the Soul" Longtime Instructor of CeoSpace my friend and mentor taught me this exercise as a repeating question exercise. We did sitting across from someone that would continue to ask us the repeating question. The real answers seem to come out when there is seemingly nothing left to say. Also you get to a higher place when you can start being thankful for some of the seemingly bad things that have happened to you in your life as well.
We invite you to comment with a few of the things you are thankful for...
San Diego, CA- Kevin Six playwrite, trapeze artist, actor, surf master and Kamatoy Media Groups Head Writer had a staged reading of his show 'Love Negotiated' kind of an intellectual comedic orgy of modern complicted relationships.
I was lucky enough to read a part a rough reading. It's always fascinating seeing the audiences reaction to a new piece.
