Holiday Juggling Begins

1st day performing after Christmas had a slow start but turned into pretty decent day. Had a couple of Finish  ( From Finland) in my show today. It was entertaining but there definitely was a communication GAP!!! Met a couple of old Friends Matt who used to be a Bellman at the old hotel we used for seminars. Now in Car Sales in Carlsbad. Dale from IBI also showed up out of the blue from Utah. I will be posting some photos from this week online. Be sure and stop by if you get a chance.... The New Year is Coming Resolutions Abound. STOP!!! HOLIDAY TIME

HOLIDAY TIME!!!

This is the weirdest and wonderful part of the year. If your trying to raise money, or start anything new. This is categorically the worst time to do it. everyones head just falls off.

" Lets talk about it NEXT YEAR"

" Wait till after the Holidays"

On the other hand you have a great excuse for a break, spending time with family, cleaning, organizing.

In addition, many real estate gurus talk about this being the time to find some of the best buys, the best deals. This is true as well.

Were taking advantage of this time by focusing on our existing projects that don't call for too many external pitches.
