Enrique Montiel    joined us in our last segment to talk about Success and the power our suboncious mind has over our actions and are ability to succeed.

The journey that we all share is that simply that most of us know what we need to do in order to succeed but what's really stopping us.

This will be a constant journey that we hope we can all share together

Amber Ojeda in the House

Amber Ojeda www.AmberOjeda.com  joined us finally in the studio. So I had to find another cute picture of Amber to put on the blog... Joining us was Sharon Hollerin her manager...

So we had a chance to talk on air about her work on Veronica Mars and the upcoming film in which she is a cast member  that will be coming out on November 4th  entitled..

"All the I Need " in which she recorded the Theme Song and that she stars in.

On air we talked about her passion towards the arts and that she is one of the few that is driven to be in the arts. She knows that this is what she is supposed to do and is completely committed to it...THAT IS PASSION. We are very impressed with Amber Ojeda specifically because she is a working actor / entertainer that has trained extensively including with the Berkley School of Music.

Majoring in Jazz Vocal and recording R & B she shared the comedy of her walking into MUSIC INDUSTRY meetings and having the executives not knowing who Sarah Vaughn and Ella Fitzgerald are. THATS JUST SAD...

Proving that the way we treated our education system by not including music as an important part of our education has shown its ugly face. Music Executives that don't have a history of music past the 80's...

So the continuation of the conversation outside of the studio wrapped itself around the NewBIzRadio theme of embracing THE BUSINESS SIDE OF SHOW BUSINESS... We wish her the best of luck and hope some of the wacky crazy ideas that we discussed come to fruition...

Regarding Wealth...

We discussed Wealth as the theme of the week

We took Robert Kiyosakis Viewpoint that most people arrange their financial goals as this

1. Be Secure
2. Be Comfortable
3. Be Rich

But in order to create Wealth you need to reverse that order

1. Be Rich
2. Be Comfortable
3. Be Secure

Because by being Rich you are by definition Comfortable and Secure =)...

Last Thoughts

We are all wealthy in one way or another. It may be family, love, friendships, it may be wealth, but it may also be GOD GIVEN TALENT OR AN IDEA...

The question is what are you going to do with that wealth. Use it, Create it, Share it, Become the BEST or tuck it away in a closet on the back shelf and someday you could say... I had this idea once....
